Location is superb. A few mins walk if coming by coach. Located in Cardiff centre. Super convenient from banking, shopping to F&B. Happening street. 10mins walk or so if going to Cardiff Central train station. Good security where u need room access card to enter each floor room and also into hotel building which is inside an arcade after 7pm. Friendly n helpful staff. Clean n spacious room different furniture configuration for our 2 rooms booked. . Clean n new towels. AC room with mini fridge n a safe deposit box but mind isn't working though. Complementary Welcome drinks n snack in mini bar which only found out later on upon inquiry of Mineral water. Laminated floor which is a super point for us due to hygienic reason. Bathrobes provided bathroom will get wet easily coz without a door. . Toiletries n disposal slippers provided upon request. Body lotion, body wash, hair shampoo n conditioner provided. House keeping should be more thorough. Wastebin in bathroom not emptied for our 3days stay. Used cups not replaced with new ones at all. Sachets of drinks also not filled up. Overall, Satisfied n will come back again..

We arrived just before check-in time and were allowed to go into a room, but the room had opaque windows. We booked over 3 months ago, just expected what we asked for, not first come put them in there. We then waited for another room, to then get a double bed and a fold away bed instead of two twin beds. Lots of old furniture nonsense which was now in our way as not enough space due to two beds. Beds were comfy but arrangement was not. The breakfast was very nice, could choose kippers if you wanted.

設施：我們的房間雖然是真實的窗，但打不開，面對一堵很高的遮擋，可能是牆，所以房間裡整體採光都不太好衞生間相比倫敦和其他住過來的地方都大了很多，但水池下水也是有點點慢環境：就在Queen Street裡，很方便，樓下去教堂，或者步行5-7分鐘去加迪夫城堡都很方便，吃的也很多（BTW，不要在訂房網站下單城堡的票，比官方價格貴200，維權還很難），但是網紅店ivy啥的，一定要提前去排隊服務：挺好的，存了行李去遊玩，回來忘記行李牌放哪兒了，跟服務員説明行李特徵，都很禮貌耐心的找出來

酒店的入口不是很顯眼，比較容易錯過，前台在一個樓道里，酒店佈置的很有格調。房間裡甚至還有搖椅，十分愜意，房間面積也夠大，可以打開兩個箱子都不礙事。這個就很棒！房間洗澡水充足，下水也很快，洗澡很舒適。迷你吧有準備不同的茶包和咖啡，杯子也準備了兩種，挺細心的。早餐比較豐富，每天也有些變化，品質不錯。

超預期的滿意前台很熱情友好，地理位置絕了樓下就是queen street, 房間很大很乾凈，下次有機會再選擇還是他家！

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE STAYED AT "THE HOTEL INDIGO" & IT WILL DEFINATLY NOT BE THE LAST! WE CANNOT FIND ANY FAULTS WITH THIS HOTEL AT ALL. THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELFUL. EVERYWHERE IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, EVEN THE SHOWER GEL SMELLS REALLY NICE! THE BREAKFAST IS THE BEST IN CARDIFF, AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, SO MUCH CHOICE, & ITS ALL LOVELY, DON'T KNOW HOW THEY DO IT. THE CENTRAL LOCATION IS SUPERB FOR ALL ATTRACTIONS & PUBLIC TRANSPORT LINKS. THANKS FOR A PERFECT BANK HOLIDAY BREAK, SEE YOU AGAIN VERY SOON 😊

Lovely hotel conveniently located in the centre of Cardiff. Lovely spacious room with a huge bed which was so comfy - we slept so well. A/C in the room too. Very enjoyable breakfast with plenty of food choices. Would highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is smart and well located for Cardiff city centre and the castle. Situated in an old arcade, the layout is a little confusing, but the room was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful.
